Yes, all bookings require a 25% deposit to secure the booking. The total amount is then due 14 days before check-in. The total amount is due immediately if the check-in date is within 14 days.

Check-in is from 3:00 PM onwards, and check-out is before 10:00 AM. This allows our team to prepare the apartments for the next guests.

Yes, parking is allocated directly outside each apartment for one car. Please ensure you use the allocated space only; there is an overflow car park for additional vehicles if required.

Certainly! We are pleased to offer travel cots and highchairs for our guests. Please let us know in advance if you require these items, and we will ensure they are ready in your apartment upon arrival.

Our apartments are equipped with essential amenities to ensure a comfortable stay. These include electric underfloor central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels, and Wi-Fi. You will also have access to a freezer and a washing machine for your convenience.

We provide bed linen and towels for all guests staying at Pendine Apartments. You can expect fresh and clean linens and towels upon your arrival. Please note we do not provide additional towels for hot tub or beach use, so bringing your own is advisable.

Yes, shops are conveniently located within a short distance from Pendine Apartments. You will easily access shops to purchase supplies and groceries for your stay.

Cancellations must be immediately notified to us in writing. If you cancel your booking more than 14 days before arrival, you will receive a refund of any monies paid minus your initial deposit. Cancellations made at any time up to 14 days before arrival will be charged in full, and no refund will be issued. Should your planned stay be cancelled due to COVID-19 lockdown restrictions, you will be fully refunded any monies paid or offered to transfer dates – regardless of the cancellation timeframe.
